PayLoop touches two sensitive things: money and customer relationships. So we've built the system to stay quiet rather than risk a wrong move.

We never do the following:

Send a reminder for an invoice that's already been paid.
Send duplicates.
Chase an invoice that's under dispute.

If any of these ever happens, it's a critical system failure. It hasn't happened in the pilot programme.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

Does it work with my Fortnox?

Yes, if you have an active Fortnox account with invoice permissions. We connect through Fortnox's official OAuth flow — you approve, we read. You can revoke access any time from inside Fortnox.

And Visma eEkonomi?

Same story. PayLoop has supported Visma eEkonomi from day one and treats both systems equally. Other accounting systems aren't supported in v1.

Is it safe?

Your data is hosted inside the EU (Hetzner, Germany). Every action is logged and retained for seven years per Swedish bookkeeping law. We never store your accounting passwords — everything runs over OAuth. A data processing agreement is part of the pilot contract.

What if a customer gets upset?

Flag them as "talk to me first" and PayLoop won't send them automatic reminders until you approve them. If you're unsure about the whole flow, run the system in Approval mode — you see every reminder before it goes out.

What does it cost?

Six weeks are free, with no lock-in. After the pilot, we propose pricing based on your invoice volume. We'd rather not pitch a number before you've seen what the system actually does for you.

How long does setup take?

Around twenty minutes. Connect Fortnox or Visma, review your reminder rules and start in Safe Mode. We're on email if you get stuck.

Can I have multiple users?

Yes. Invite colleagues as owner, admin, user or viewer — each role has clear permissions.
