PayLoop pulls new invoices and payment status from Fortnox or Visma automatically.
PayLoop connects to your Fortnox or Visma eEkonomi account, tracks unpaid invoices and sends reminders automatically — in the right tone, at the right time, never to the wrong customer.
Built in Sweden·EU-hosted·No lock-in
Most small-business owners put reminders off. It feels uncomfortable, it takes time you don't have, and you worry about sounding harsh to a customer you actually like.
Meanwhile, your money sits in someone else's account.
PayLoop handles the awkward part — without breaking the relationships.
Sign in with Fortnox or Visma eEkonomi. We read invoice data — never passwords.
Start in Safe Mode — nothing real is sent. Move to Approval or Automatic when you're comfortable.
We watch due dates, send reminders and keep you posted with a short morning summary.

Safe, approval or automatic. You decide how much PayLoop handles on its own.
A customer with three unpaid invoices gets one email, not three. More respectful, less noise.
Mark customers who need a human touch. PayLoop won't contact them without asking you first.
Interest is calculated automatically against the Riksbank reference rate plus eight percentage points. Correct by default.
Each morning, a short note: "Today, 4 reminders will go to 3 customers." No login required to feel on top of things.
PayLoop touches two sensitive things: money and customer relationships. So we've built the system to stay quiet rather than risk a wrong move.
If any of these ever happens, it's a critical system failure. It hasn't happened in the pilot programme.
| Option | What it costs you | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| Doing it yourself | 1–4 hours a month, and none at all in the weeks you're spent. | Inconsistent tone. Forgotten invoices. Doesn't scale. |
| Fortnox or Visma built-in reminders | Included, but you hold the thread. | No Safe Mode. No customer-VIP logic. No grouped reminders. The tone reads like a bank letter. |
| PayLoop | Starts with a 6-week free pilot. | Fortnox and Visma eEkonomi only (in v1). |
We don't claim to be best at everything. We're best at one thing.
We'd rather you saw PayLoop work in your own day-to-day before we talk price. The pilot runs free for six weeks — no card, no lock-in, no discount games.
When the pilot ends, we'll propose pricing that fits your invoice volume.
For the first week, no real reminders are sent. You just see what the system would have done.
Yes, if you have an active Fortnox account with invoice permissions. We connect through Fortnox's official OAuth flow — you approve, we read. You can revoke access any time from inside Fortnox.
Same story. PayLoop has supported Visma eEkonomi from day one and treats both systems equally. Other accounting systems aren't supported in v1.
Your data is hosted inside the EU (Hetzner, Germany). Every action is logged and retained for seven years per Swedish bookkeeping law. We never store your accounting passwords — everything runs over OAuth. A data processing agreement is part of the pilot contract.
Flag them as "talk to me first" and PayLoop won't send them automatic reminders until you approve them. If you're unsure about the whole flow, run the system in Approval mode — you see every reminder before it goes out.
Six weeks are free, with no lock-in. After the pilot, we propose pricing based on your invoice volume. We'd rather not pitch a number before you've seen what the system actually does for you.
Around twenty minutes. Connect Fortnox or Visma, review your reminder rules and start in Safe Mode. We're on email if you get stuck.
